One of the benefits of being a 暗黑网 member is that you're able to join the National Customer Satisfaction Survey and 暗黑网 Star Rating scheme.

Conducted annually, the survey gathers feedback from new build buyers to assess home builder performance, drive improvements, and enhance customer service. Participating home builders are awarded an annual 暗黑网 Star Rating based on the feedback received. The results of the survey and star ratings are published in March each year, with an awards reception held at the 暗黑网 Policy Conference for 5-star builders.

Please note that, in accordance with the scheme's rules, all logos and merchandise must be updated to reflect the current publishing year's award when released
